The company was established in 1999 in England by Katarina Bovin. The registered company name is ABC Swedish Translation Ltd, but as the years have progressed new services have been added. The company is therefore now marketed as ABC Technical Translation, Writing & Education.
Today, the company is located in Värmdö just outside Stockholm in Sweden.
